Zoom ranges enlarge important parts of the screen during playback.

Add zooms from recorded clicks

Open Cursor

Select the Cursor tab.

Turn on zooms

Turn on Zoom Animation.

Detect click moments

Click Detect from clicks or Auto-zoom.

Approve replacement

If Tellclip finds existing ranges, approve the replacement prompt.

Add a manual range

Add the range

Double-click the zoom track, or place the playhead and click Add zoom.
Drag the range to move it. Drag a range edge to change its duration. Double-click the range to change the Zoom level. Choose Follow cursor or Fixed point. If you choose Fixed point, drag the pin on the preview. The zoom track shows each range. During that range, the preview follows the cursor or the fixed point.

Common errors

No automatic zooms appear

The recording contains no usable click events. Add a range on the zoom track.

The zoom track says Zooms are disabled

Turn on Zoom Animation in the Cursor tab.

Sharing an Instant recording takes longer

Instant recordings omit automatic zooms during capture. Added zooms require more processing before sharing.
