Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and MJP Sp. z o.o., ul. Zbożowa 2B lok. 12, 30-002 Kraków, Poland (KRS 0001061247, NIP 6772499706). By creating an account or using Tellclip — the macOS application and the web application at tellclip.com — you agree to them. If you use Tellclip on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

Tellclip lets you record your screen on macOS, upload recordings to a workspace, and share them for viewing, commenting, transcription, AI-generated summaries, and access by AI agents you connect through MCP. We continuously improve the product; features may change, and we will give reasonable notice before removing significant functionality.

Keep your account credentials secure and your account information accurate. Workspace owners control who is a member of their organization, what is shared, and how seats are used. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You own the recordings and other content you create. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service: storing your content, processing it (for example to produce transcripts and summaries), and delivering it to the people and agents you share it with. We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for what you record and share — including having the right to record the material, respecting the privacy of people who appear in your recordings, and complying with the laws that apply to you.

• No unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent content or activity
• No malware, exploits, or attempts to breach or overload the service
• No harassment or content shared to harm others
• No circumventing plan limits or access controls

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practical.

Paid subscriptions are sold per seat, billed monthly or yearly, and processed by Creem (creem.io) acting as merchant of record — your purchase and payment data are handled under Creem’s terms alongside these.

• New accounts include a 7-day free trial with no card required; a paid subscription begins only when you upgrade. During the trial you can record, edit and share clips. Saving the finished video file to your device requires a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Seat changes take effect immediately and are prorated for the current billing period.
• Viewing shared clips does not require an account. Commenting requires a free account. Neither requires a paid seat.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

For refund requests, contact [email protected]. Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Tellclip is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated transcripts and summaries can contain mistakes; review them before relying on them.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not exclude liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability arising from willful misconduct or mandatory consumer protections.

You can stop using Tellclip and request account deletion at any time via [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. Upon termination we delete your content in line with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes will be resolved by the courts competent for Kraków, Poland — except that if you are a consumer, you keep the protections and venue rights of the country you live in.

If we materially change these terms, we will update this page and note the new date above, and for significant changes we will notify you in the product or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
