# Install Tellclip

> Download and install Tellclip on a supported Mac.

Install Tellclip on a Mac with Apple silicon and macOS 15 Sequoia or later.

## Install the app

**1. Download Tellclip**

Open [the Tellclip download page](https://tellclip.com/download-app) to download the disk image.

**2. Open the disk image**

Open the downloaded `TellClip-latest.dmg` file.

**3. Install Tellclip**

Drag Tellclip to the **Applications** folder.

**4. Open Tellclip**

Open **Applications**. Open **Tellclip**.

The welcome screen opens and guides you through the required macOS permissions.

## Common errors

### The app does not open on this Mac

Make sure that the Mac uses Apple silicon and macOS 15 or later.

### macOS blocks the first start

Open **System Settings → Privacy & Security**. Use the available action for Tellclip. Open the app again.
